Allan Cagle is the president of Atlantic Pipe Services and has worked in the trenchless infrastructure space for 28 years. He is a father of two boys and enjoys fishing, boating, and vacationing during his off time.
James Oltorik
James is the North Florida Account Manager overseeing Sales, Client relations, and Estimating in the territory. He has been with APS since the beginning of 2021, but prior to employment at APS, he received his MBA from Stetson University and Undergraduate in Finance from Jacksonville University. He puts client relationships as a top priority daily and is driven to provide solutions to current and future Private and Public sector customers.
Ryan Smith
A professional with 15 years of experience in sales and customer service Ryan Smith enjoys building new relationships and takes pride in going the extra mile for the customer. Strong communication skills and always responding in a timely manner is something that he values immensely. Ryan looks forward to the opportunity to work with clients and is here to assist with any needs.
Clint Boldt
Clint joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2023 and has led the HR team through a number of transitions. He has worked in the HR field for over 30 years. He earned his SHRM Certified Professional designation from The University of Central Florida. Clint enjoys family time with his four children.
Steven Fugatt
Steven Fugatt is the Territory Manager for the APS Tampa Branch. He has been with APS for 2 years and has 8 years of experience within the construction industry. Steven specializes in client relationships and Estimating projects on the Florida West coast.
Brandon Duncan
When Brandon arrived in the industry with Atlantic Pipe Services in 2018, he had strong experience in both operational and sales management. When he came to APS, he chose his true passion; client & industry relationships to achieve company growth, helping guide APS to over 50x growth in just over five years.
Jon Lewis
Jon Lewis is a strategist business leader with over 12 years in the business, along with 13 years in the manufacturing business, which allowed him to gain many avenues of professional development in leading teams. Working in engineering, along with various plant managers in a production environment, Jon has managed a growing business with Atlantic Pipe Services when hired in 2018 as a project manager. He took on managing the fleet, daily goals with the operations before being promoted into a division manager while assisting with the current growth of the company. In 2020, he was promoted to Director of Operations and was in charge of all equipment acquisitions, fleet management, operations management, along with many other duties. Over the past 6 years with the company, Jon has moved into various roles and has succeeded at assisting with the current growth of Atlantic Pipe Services with always making sure to put the customers first and holding himself and his team accountable day in and day out. He is the one who holds integrity and work ethic to a high standard and will make sure he sees any task through by trusting and verifying. He is an avid family man, outdoorsmen, golfer, and enjoys cooking for his family as well.
