Allan Cagle
Allan Cagle is one of the three founding partners that started Atlantic Pipe Services in 2017. Allan brings 28 years of experience in the trenchless infrastructure space. Outside of work, Allan is the father of two boys and enjoys fishing, boating, and vacationing.
Jon Lewis
Jon joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2018 and brings over 12 years of experience in the industry. Prior to his employment with APS, Jon worked in a manufacturing business that allowed him to gain many avenues of professional development. Outside of work, Jon enjoys being an avid family man, outdoorsman, golfer, and cooking for his family.
Leigh Skat
Leigh joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in the Accounting & Financial Management fields. Leigh has significant experience in finance and accounting in addition to strong qualifications in developing financial controls, implementing associated processes, creating productivity improvements, and change management. Outside of work, Leigh enjoys spending time with her family.
Clint Boldt
Clint joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2023 and brings over 30 years of experience in the HR field. Clint earned his SHRM Certified Professional designation from The University of Central Florida. Outside of work, Clint enjoys family time with his 4 children.
Brandon Duncan
Brandon joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2018 as the Business Development Manager and brought a strong experience in both operational and sales management. He chose his true passion upon joining the APS team which is client and industry relationships to achieve company growth and helping APS grow to over 10x growth in just over 5 years. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hunting and fishing.

George Ariza
George joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2022 as the Central Florida Account Manager. With over 10 years of sales and customer service experience, he is passionate about delivering top-notch service. Outside of work, George enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and watching MMA and boxing.
James Oltorik
James joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2021 as the North Florida Account Manager. Prior to his employment with APS, James earned his MBA from Stetson University and Undergraduate in Finance from Jacksonville University. Outside of work, James enjoys fishing bass tournaments, deer hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
Ryan Smith
Ryan joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2023 as the Southeast Florida Account Manager. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Steven Fugatt
Steven joined Atlantic Pipe Services in 2022 as the West Coast Florida Account Manager. Prior to his employment with APS, Steven had 8 years’ experience within the construction industry. Outside of work, Steve enjoys boating, jet skiing, golfing, spending time with his Cane Corso, and family. Steve is a diehard Chicago Cub and Bear fan, but still enjoys going to Tropicana for Ray’s games.
